Delivery & Returns
Our standard UK delivery is currently 3-5 working days. On the rare occasion the item you have purchased is out of stock, we would inform you immediately via email or phone call. Unfortunately, we do not allow any extra compensation for late delivery of goods.
We offer free same day doorstep delivery (excluding Sundays) to Hartlepool addresses (for orders placed before midday)

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland.
All purchases may be returned within 28 days of receiving providing they are in the condition as purchased and securely re-packaged.
You as the customer are responsible for returns postage charges. Please inform us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of your order being delivered. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of goods. Please allow 3-5 working days for the money to go back into your account. Bespoke goods are none refundable.
Please note, whilst every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each of our rugs - we cannot accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations or misinterpretations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our rug images. You can still return your rug for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.
If your order is found to be faulty please contact us in advance of returning the item. Manufacturing faults should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
